- Technical meetings and final preparations
Saturday
- Official weigh-in available from 07:30 AM until 10:00 AM (for all categories)
- Coaches and referees briefing
- Opening of the tournament
- Competition starts on Tatami and Ring areas simultaneously
- Preliminary rounds and selected finals in:
- Tatami Sports (Light Contact, Kick Light)
- Ring Sports (K-1, Low Kick, Full Contact)
- Medal ceremonies throughout the day
Sunday
- Official weigh-in available from 07:30 AM until 10:00 AM (PF only)
- Tatami Sports (Point Fighting; Grand Champion, Team)
- Ring Sports (finals)
- Medal ceremonies throughout the day
